Circular Fluorescent Illuminators

Model 5 Mini Vision

Ideal for applications that require concentrated illumination within tight space constraints. A high frequency 25kHz driver provides 360° of shadowless, flicker-free illumination with a bore of only 0.984" (25 mm). Specially designed lamps provide maximum output for 7,000 hours. Lamps are available in yellow, black light blue (UV) and various white color temperatures. Polarizer filters can also be designed to minimize reflections.

Model 8 Wide Angle Vision

Designed for applications that require localized lighting over a large field of view. This popular illuminator has a 4" (101.6mm) bore and uses a high frequency 25 kHz driver to provide shadowless flicker-free illumination. The Model 8 has a specially designed circular lamp that provides 7,000 hours of maximum output. Yellow, black light blue (UV) and various white color temperatures are available for special requirements.

 Model 10 High Frequency Vision

The Model 10 incorporates the same design elements as the Model 9, except that it operates at over 25kHz to provide flicker-free illumination. It is ideally suited for frame grabbing, imaging, video capture, CCTV, inspection, assembly and machine vision applications. This unit is also available in an ESD-Safe model.

 Superlight™ Model 18 Dual Lamp

Our most powerful fluorescent circular illuminator consists of two circular lamps that provide exceptional light output, each operating at high (25kHz) frequencies. Individual switches allow for independent lamp control. White lamps are available in various color temperatures, and a black light blue (UV) or yellow lamp can be substituted. Flexible mounting options, diverse adapters and polarizer kits are also available.

Fluorescent Linears & Panels

 High Output Linear Lights

This light features a compact, low profile design and is ideal for applications that require top, back or oblique lighting. It utilizes a 25kHz ballast that provides over 7,000 hours of lamp life and offers dramatic energy savings over traditional lighting solutions. Four sizes of lighting units are available: twin 4-watt, twin 6-watt, twin 8-watt and twin 13-watt. Black light blue (UV) lamps and custom configurations are available.

Variable Intensity High Output Linear Lights

The Model 13 Plus incorporates the same design elements as the Model 13, except that it utilizes a variable intensity 85kHz Model 13+ Steady-Lite™ driver. View the Datasheet

 Slim-Line™ Light Panels

These versatile backlight panels provide cool white, flicker free illumination across the viewing screen. Ideal for applications where uniform backlighting is required, they can be placed in tight spaces on assembly lines or under conveyor belts. Specially designed lamps provide 10,000 hours of uniform illumination and can be powered by low power sources, including batteries.

Structured Light Lasers

 SNF Series

Structured Light Laser Diode Modules: compact, rugged, and focusable - Our complete line of beam shaping optics transforms the familiar laser dot into different shapes and sizes. For example, a straight line is projected by allowing one dimension of light to fan out while maintaining tight control over the other.

What makes our product unique is the evenness of the illumination pattern. For years you paid top dollars for someone to glue glass rods into aluminum housings. These inferior cylindrical lenses, often referred as sophisticated optics, simply spread the laser dot into a gaussian line. We think you deserve more for your money! We incorporate a patented optical line generator in our lasers. Our system design provides the best pattern quality while avoiding the hassles of installation alignment and detector calibration.
