Auto mode

Am Automation workspace load and starts in auto run mode. Here it is waiting for an input to start the execution of an inspection program. Pressing the mode button will bring it into manual operator mode. In auto run mode we see an image window a results window and a statistics summary window.

Operator mode

In operator mode we can see the program. We also have control over the image acquisition, and control over running and loading the programs(s). Pressing the little padlock button on the left and entering a password will change to either maintenance mode or configuration mode. It is in the latter that we can develop new programs. On installation the password is "configure"

Maintenance mode

In maintenance mode we can see any errors, edit the program, and view the performance history in the statistics window. On initial installation the default password is just carriage return to enter maintenance mode.

Note that the save and load program operations can also save and load workspaces.

Configure Mode

In configuration mode we can also see the palette and the running object table. The palette are the components that can be dragged into the program. The running object table show all the components in the system. Right clicking we can modify the properties of any Component.

SPC

View and log the SPC data of any measured characteristics. View both current and historical data. The SPC data can be exported to various file format.
